Trapper Creek Glen Homeowners Association

The Trapper Creek Glen Subdivision is a remote, State-developed subdivision located approximately 2 miles west of the Parks Highway near mile posts 118 through 122. The Subdivision is not road accessible and trails are weight restricted.

All owners of property in the Trapper Creek Glen Subdivision automatically become members of the Trapper Creek Glen HOA. The HOA was created by Declaration of the State of Alaska to provide trails, roads, and other necessary services for the subdivision. The HOA is an incorporated, non-profit association under the governance of Bylaws. The general management of the affairs of the HOA is vested in the Board of Directors.

Dues of $100.00 per lot are assessed each year (notice will be mailed). Dues must be received on time or 10% annual interest and a $25 penalty fee will be applied. Checks should be made out to the Trapper Creek Glen Homeowners Association and mailed to:

NOTE:  In 2021, the membership voted to increase dues to $100 effective beginning the 2022 dues year.

Meetings of the membership are held annually.  The 2023 Annual Meeting was held Saturday, June 24, at noon at the Parks Highway Mile 118.2 subdivision parking lot.
