The Trapper Creek Glen Homeowners Association board is now accepting trail maintenance project proposals for the 2017 season.   They are due by Jan. 15, 2017.   Each project proposal must contain the following;

  • ·       The name and contact information of the person or persons who will organize the project, set the date(s) the work will commence and round up needed volunteers to complete the project.
  • ·       The location of the proposed project, i.e. street name and general description of the area that is familiar to property owners.
  • ·       Description of the work to be completed.
  • ·       An estimate of materials needed, i.e.  quantity of lumber, nails or fuel.
  • ·       Estimate of cost for materials.
  • ·       Any additional details, descriptions and comments about the project. (Will you need the HOA tractor, gravel-hauling trailers, or additional rental of equipment?)

Submit project proposals to board president Rob Carter at rtwcarter@gmail.com by January 15, 2017.  The board will meet to review submitted proposals in late January.  Approved proposals will be announced at the HOA annual meeting the first or second week of March.  (In February, you’ll be notified by mail of the annual meeting date; it will also be posted on the HOA website www.tcghoa.org.)
