The general management of the affairs of the Association is vested in the Board of Directors. There are five directors consisting of four officer positions. The officers consist of the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
The President presides at all meetings of the Association and of the Board of Directors.
The Vice President performs the duties of the President in the absence of the President.
The Secretary keeps the meetings, membership, and dues records of the Association and of the Board of Directors.
The Treasurer has charge of all receipts and monies of the Association.
NOTE: The Secretary and Treasurer may be one person.
